I was able to buy online. The add to cart button is hidden next to the quantity. Move the cursor right and it appears. Also no purchase button appears on the cart. Just hit enter after the data is filled in and the purchase is processed.

how can someone verify their ticket has been put in the pool, ticket #0663?

    • jessica says:

Hi Pat, we have a system of checks and balances to insure each and every ticket purchased is put in the hopper for each drawing. You are always welcome to come out to any of our drawings to verify your ticket is in the batch.

    What a nice home!

Where did they get come up with that rediculous value of $600,000 ($230 a sq ft)

  5. LYNN says:

the value seems way over the actual limit which does no good to the winner because it makes the winning tax, property tax and insurance prices sooo ridiculous. A more fair appraisal should be sought out because I agree that this is not a 600,000 home, but by the time I would pay the taxes and etc, I might as well build it myself.

    • jessica says:

Lynn, the appraisal is in line with other houses in the neighborhood. Square footage prices in TerraBella are often higher than other neighborhoods because of the amenities and finishes that are required on the homes. The high end features and finishes on this house justify the $600,000 value, which was done by an independent appraiser. You can look at it if you buy a Ford or a Mercedes. They will still get you from Point A to Point B, but you will pay more for the Mercedes.

What will the taxes be on this $600,000 house if a person were to win ?

  7. Selena Rogers says:

I was wondering if you would be so fortunate to win the amazing home, would you be responsible for paying the taxes on the dwelling?
