2012 "Raising the Roof for Charity" Raffle House

We just got the rendering for the 2012 Raffle House. As always, Craig Routh of Routh Studios did a great job! The house was designed by DesignTech Residential Planners, Inc. and is being built by Integrity Builders on a donated lot in Maison du Lac Subdivision. Tickets are available to purchase at one of our outlets or by calling 1-800-715-1387. Online ordering will be available soon.

St. Tammany Home Builders Association broke ground on the 2012 “Raising the Roof for Charity” Raffle House on Friday, December 9, 2011. The 2012 Raffle House is located in Maison du Lac Subdivision in Covington, LA. The lot was generously donated by Wainer Companies and the home is being built by Kenny Adams, Jr., CGP, CSP of Integrity Builders, Inc.

The beautiful courtyard style home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and was designed by DesignTech Residential Planners. With 2 stories and almost 3,000 square feet of living space, the home is values at $470,000. For only $100 (plus taxes) this beautiful home could be yours. Other valuable prizes will also be given away, including the display furniture, provided by American Factory Direct, valued at approximately $10,000.

The 2012 “Raising the Roof for Charity” Raffle House will benefit 5 local charities. Those charities are the Good Samaritan Ministry, Habitat for Humanity-St. Tammany West, the Tammany Trace Foundation, Support Our War Heroes and St. Tammany HBA Charitable Trust.
